There are a lot of Instructors who talk a good dive but can’t deliver. Choose wisely—the first 30 dives makes you a statistic.

BEWARE /CHEATS .Not even worth one star. The star is only to activate this app! They are sneaky cheats taking your money... for me over 650 for a voucher for a family members birthday. They would not give us the voucher after we paid the money. Saying they emailed it when they hadn't . Every time I went in the non communicative receptionist who reeked of cigarettes and had absolutely no PA skills acted perplexed and tapped on a computer you couldn't see the screen of for 1/2 an hr pulling up our payment now over a year old and saying they had sent the voucher. I told her nothing has been received nothing. I would ask for it to be done there and then and she would say they couldn't or the manager would have to do it. He even was there on one occasion and they both stood staring at the screen with no response to me. Just give us a couple of days he said....never came again. They closed up shop and cleared out with a lie on the window that they were doing renovations...all a bluff to buy time to run. Police say get a lawyer. Absolute cheats.
I was given the dive course as a gift, but what should have been a wonderful experience was far from enjoyable. I would have given these guys 0 stars if it wasn't for Dylan the instructor. (He was awesome). The office staff are incompetent, their lack of correspondence was appalling, never, ever called me back or replied to emails. It took over 7 months to complete my 3 day course. Avoid these guys at all costs if you want to learn to dive in a timely manner.
Absolutely loved my experience with these guys! Had a blast diving with Ben, Dylan and the crew. Very thorough, will never place students in an uncomfortable or unsafe situation. I learnt to dive with these guys recently, thought the facility was well setup and knowledge of the sport superior from start to finish.
Beware they take your money and run You won't get booked in They will give you all the excusse in the world They run under different business names so look out
I don't think I have ever written a review before in my life, but this is simply ridiculous. Do NOT book with them. We paid for the course, but the staff disappeared and won't pick up our inumerous calls or reply to any emails. We had two dives booked in with them this January, woke up at 6am to drive down from Melbourne and be there on time, however literally no one showed up and we were waiting like idiots at the front door for over an hour. We've been trying to call them since, but their phone is disconnected. Have tried sending multple emails, with no luck either. Good luck to us!
I bought a dive course for my son last xmas at a cost of 795 but when he tried to book his course the phone was disconnected and the shop is empty. I
I recently learnt to dive with Ben and Dylan... although challenging at times I was really well supported when I struggled with the mask clearing but the boys were patient, friendly and supportive. Only downside is having to get all the way to Portsea for the boat dives (which I loved the most of the course) Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can get out and about again
