Walked in. Very pushing sales man. Will not give test drive unless you agree for price. Unprofessional and seems as they are running a donation and take it if you want. As usual drama of talking to manager and getting best price. Well, time has come to change this trick. Do not think the buyer is a fool.

Just bought a car here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. Great customer service even after I had already purchased. Big range of cars which change often. Will go back.
Disgusting attitude and worst customer service by a so called salesman named “Travis”. I don’t know what kind of culture a company like Penfold tend to bring by having a sales person like Travis. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Travis boss has also very bad manners and didn’t know how to talk with customers. They are just money hunger. Never go there. I want to give “0” Star but I can’t post it so. They are all cheaters and doing fraud. Don’t go there. Totally waste money and will not getting good car and service.
I was contacted by Travis after i made an enquiry on carsales. He offered a reasonable discount. The communication could’ve been more professional as sometime he would go louder to prove his point. I was told that the side mirror will be fixed upon delivery which it wasn’t and i had to wait 20-30 minutes for it to be looked at again. The negative interaction i had was with Scott who made a joke about pronouncing my name, when i corrected him , he said” whatever the name is, it doesn’t matter, as he doesn’t mind how people pronounce his name” i find it very rude and i told him that its not funny. Very unprofessional
Went to this used car dealership to inspect a 2016 Rav 4. The sales man, Travis appeared to be quite helpful at the beginning of our visit, however when we revealed we were in the initial stages of our research and we’re not willing to buy the first car we have seen, Travis started to get extremely pushy and after just a couple of minutes of us asking questions about the car and any other similar cars available, Travis proceeded to rip up our test drive/license paper in front of us, throw it in the bin and pushed us out/showed us the door of the dealership in an aggressive and frankly unprofessional and extremely rude manner. If you wish to sell cars, you will need to audit your sales process and sales people as this was a below par, very poor and disappointing experience. We would never return, nor recommend.
Highly recommend these guys especially Vic. He was very helpful and facilitated a no contact sale and trade in during Covid. Went above and beyond and I’m amazed at the quality of the used car I bought. Just like a new one. There was no trying to sell me the car, but always there to help when needed. Will definitely be using them again come upgrade time in a couple years.
It was great knowing David. Highly appreciate the way he handled the entire transaction. Found him to be quite courteous and welcoming.
Scott at Penfold Pre-Owned was very helpful. Highly recommend. Great Audi’s and other cars to choose from.
