Contacted Rob for a Building & Pest Inspection and was impressed by his quiet confident replies to my questions, no pressure sales talk like other companies (who often also hope to sell you follow-on services like pest treatment or trade services). Down-to-earth, no-nonsense inspection was what I wanted and what I got. Inspection was done the next morning and Rob rang me with a quick summary when leaving the property, by late afternoon I had the report in my email.
