Unfortunately we were disappointed with PCL Lawyers. We experienced calls that never got returned, emails that didn't get answered and our simple matter was dragged on for months which resulted in anxiety and financial implications for one party. Communication was generally initiated by us, and we had a complete lack of faith that our matter was being dealt with in a timely manner; we had to use our initiative to get things done. However, just before settlement a different lawyer took over and quickly turned things around for us. Thank you, Jessica! If only it was like that from the start.
