I'm surprised by the negative reviews here as my experience with Pazstone was great. They came out to our country holiday house and measured up then returned a week or so later to install. When they realised the measurer had made a slight mistake they decided to take the stone all the way back to their factory (2.5 hour drive) to rework it, then return the following week to ensure the job was done properly. Sharon in the office kept me informed along the way and had a happy and friendly demeanour. The installers were great as well, they texted me with an ETA and did a professional job installing. The stone was purchased at Ikea and overall I was very happy with the experience.

The WORST experience ever received from a company. Issue after issue. Terrible communication. Finally couldn’t be bothered with them, so accepted a substandard result. DON’T USE THUS COMPANY.
The product itself is nice, that what the stars are for. Their aftercare service is shocking. They don't return calls or emails, they are unwilling to send people out to rectify fitting issues and lack total accountability. I would not recommend them at all. If your builder uses them, ask for another supplier.
Absolute joke of a business. If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would! Lisa Knuckey and Phil (unsure of last name) are absolutely hopeless and have terrible customer service skills. This company breaks contracts, lies and is incredibly deceitful. I’m surprised Ikea hasn’t lost more customers because of such awful third party suppliers. I would highly recommend Ikea finds an alternate stone bench top supplier!
Fraudulently pretend that they will deliver and then cut off all phone lines and contact method. Taken the money but now in receivership.
Paz Stone were fantastic. Delt with Emma, very professional, accurate and come back when she said. Price was the best and the team turned up when promised. A polite installer, (Ash, I think was his name). Installation looks sensational. Very happy to recommend.
Not only was the invoice sent to the wrong person. Which in turn delayed the installation of the splash back. When the measurements were done they made a mistake on them. So they had to replace the section and I got told that it will take 5 days that was on Wednesday 22/08/18. It actually was 6 as they did not call me till Thursday the following week just to tell me that I was not going to have that section of splash back installed as it’s been broken by their employees. So I am no closer to having my kitchen finished as I have not been told when I am going to get it done. But when I asked for someone from the company to call me in regards to compensation for the inconvenience of it all. I am still waiting.... extremely disappointed with this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Extremely poor customer service. I wonder if I will be compensated for the inconvenience that was caused by their staff.
