Completely agree with other dissatisfied customers. I alerted this company twice that my credit card details had changed during the repayment period. I was keen to provide my new credit card details prior to my final deduction. I received no response to either request and was therefore unable to avoid incurring a fine when my old credit card was ultimately rejected at my final payment. All I could do was pay the fine and complete my purchase payment using my new card in order to avoid accumulating fines into the future, as has been experienced by other users. Very poor service, very high risk company. Avoid.
I am due a refund from Payitlater and they will not respond to (numerous) emails or social media contact. Complaints lodged with ACCC and consumer protection. No phone number provided by Payitlater.

Won't respond to emals even though there open or to messages on messenger. Just some generic auto responder . Dissapointed completely
Straight up robbery brought something for 20 dollars and they've taken close to 60 dollars out of my bank not happy at all definitely wouldn't recommend
