My senior sheltie has been going to Mel and the ladies for a while now and they take great care of him every time. Prices are reasonable and the staff are courteous and friendly. My dog always comes back smelling fresh, floofy and looking great.

Unfortunately, not going back again. The grooming was done well and quickly, but we don’t want any more hassle of dealing with the manger - very unprofessional. We should have followed our instinct when we made a booking...

Lovely staff, quick service, and happy dogs! I’m so impressed with the service here. I called to ask whether they could squeeze my dog in for a toe nail trim in the next few days, they not only saw him immediately but they provide this service for FREE! I was shocked. I’ll be back for a groom and some treats soon. The dogs getting their hair cut seemed happy and calm. Super lovely staff were wonderful with my little rescue mutt.
