I have been a customer of paws about for over 8 years. The staff is always warm and friendly to not only myself but also my pet. They take great pride in their work and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with not only their lovely grooming services but also the products they stock and food / treats they have available. Everything within the store is of the best quality while also being responsibly priced. They truly embrace a sense of community as well by always greeting patrons and their pets by name and with a warm and friendly smile.

So incredibly disappointed with this establishment. We have been long time customers taking our dog every 6 weeks to be groomed. We received a text reminder that our appointment was confirmed for 8:30am (see photo). We arrived to drop our dog off and the shop was closed. We waited for 15 minutes, called the shop to try to figure out what was going on, then eventually left. We got a call back from the shop to say that we should have known they didn't open at 8:30am and that we should have hung around. They also told us that we would now have to wait 4 more weeks before we could get another appointment. They did not once apologise for their error and appeared frustrated that "we didn't realise it must have been a mistake". This salon charges a small fortune and treats it's loyal customers like this. NEVER again!

Absolutely loved the shop and grooming service! The staff were so attentive on our first visit explaining all possibilities of the groom for Archie. Highly recommend Alexandra and her staff for your fur babies appointments.
