Never recommend it to your kids! Last Sunday, 28 July 2019, I took my eight-year-old son to visit The Entrance. He purchased 30 coupons with 25 from his own pocket money. He played jumping castle and lift rope. When he planned to ride the Grand wheel, he was told the Grand wheel was broken and it looks not being fixed on that day. As we didn't have much time to stay in Entrance, my son went to the Ticket Poll to ask for refund. However, the ticket seller rejected him. She said no any excuse for refund. Excuse me? It was YOU who can't provide service when we already paid, but now you reject to refund! There were three families before us encountered the same rejection. Kids were very disappointed. How could Pavier even cheat kids for stealing money from their pockets? Pavier, you know most of your customers are tourists and they won't come back to the same place to play the silly game. That is why you play such cheating policy. I will report to ACCC. You must know you should follow The Australian Consumer Law when you are doing business in Australia.
