The Chatswood store has amazing selection and customer service!! Emilie was great in helping us with our inquiries, sizes and stays back past closing time on her own to help customers. She was sweet and kind and Pavement continues to be one of our favourite brands :)

Very rude customer service. The girl was very sarcastic on the phone and being smart. Macquarie pavement is so much better. Won’t shop here again!!!!
Horrific experience, the staff members are joke. I had seen on multiple occasions staff pressuring customers into buying their products, following them around the shop. When i had an issue with a return, both the manager and assisting manager were simply rude, very unprofessional, and trying to be a smart. Would never go back, steer clear of the place.
Customer service and management is pathetic. If i could give a negative star i would. Simply awful, stay away.
