Great guys at isuzu, looked after me straight away and got my truck sorted and back to work!

Placed the work truck in for service on Monday 29/8/16 7.30am handed the keys over, and requested for a service, and to find the oil leak, and for a wheel alignment. First get a phone call the keys have been misplaced did you leave them with us, yes we did They have had the truck for two days. Go to pick it up only to find out that the change the oil filter, this is great, but not cleaned around the leak, wheel alignment not done but we checked all the components and they all check ok, but you have one front wheel that the tyre is wearing uneven she said but you can take it to the company we use. I through we asked for a wheel alignment? Would be happy with this. Still has oil on the floor, not shore if it is run off. And now we have to take the truck to another plac for a wheel alignment, another day off the road. regards Sjaak Eyssens Xylem Water solutions
