Terrible experience. They only deliver same day within 5km of their store in Pascoe Vale. I ordered within the metro area Melbourne and my order had not arrived within 5 days. Obtaining a refund was a lengthy, difficult and frustrating process. Stay away, there are plenty of other reliable services out there.
