Severely and racially abused after being introduced to a co-worker of the Manager Alexandra...to quote and without any deception I was asked what nationality am I?, to which I replied Australian of Maltese heritage and her co-worker attacked me with ALL MALTESE ARE C...S. I was absolutely shocked to say the least and not once was the worker asked to apologise to me. In privacy I asked Alexandra Why was there no apology to which she stated I need the worker... What an absolute cop-out. This is the absolute truth and I really hope You get Your just deserves.
Didn't get everything i wanted. Shelves were quite empty, understandable though with Halloween just around the corner. But there was so many bargains of what was there. Would go back to get party supplies.
This place is a wonderland... i love it! I buy about 75% of all my party decorations and costumes from there. Huge variety, decent prices, quite a 1 stop shop for all things party! I even travel past other party shops just to go to it. Customer service is great, the staff even give helium balloons to my kids while we walk around the shop... its very sweet of them. Great parking too!
Great service, affordable prices. I came in late one afternoon and the staff were more than obliging to help ke get what I needed for a party that afternoon. Thanks heaps guys!
