Total waste of time. Unprofessional, money minded and I guess they have owned this franchisee just to earn money as soon as possible. My sincere request to Ultra tune management to review their work and also they are offering CASH ONLY services without a receipt. Please be aware. You can check Camera over last month (In FEB) of how they asked me to save money by paying cash only.

Unbelievably bad service. Work was done poorly. Didn't speak to me for an hour and had me waiting without saying a word. Go somewhere else..
Do NOT send your car here. I went elsewhere due to being told the issue with my car last year was the battery. Just FYI it was NOT the battery and the oil pipe had broken and had been broken for quite sometime. Go to Ultra Tune Nth Parramatta if you want a high standard of workmanship.
I would strongly recommend not to take your car to there. They're not professional. I ordered a tyre from Tyroola and drove my car there to tyre fitting. They took my tyre off and then told me they can't fit a run flat tyre. You wasted my time is one thing. But do you really need to take the tyre off and try before you can tell whether you can fit it? They just don't seems professional.
They are "Legends" when it comes advice and Determining the issue, they ask you a few questions to diagnose and boom they are out with an answer. It makes perfect sense when they explain even to a novice. They are extremly professional. They give you facts and the decision will be left to you. The best thing is that everytime I have visited them they have always asked me if I would like a cup of coffee or tea. Good Old Fashioned Service. Although I am moving to a different suburb I know for a fact that I will always be one of their customers. Ultra Tune, River Road, Parramatta are THE BEST.
Been here a few times always had a great service friendly and helpful, got a pink slip today was no longer than 20 minutes!
