Staff more than happy to have long conversations with other customers as I wait. I'm okay with that. I'm not in too much of a rush and I understand work isn't just about selling a product. Getting to know your customers and building relationships is important. I only wish I was given the same respect, as when I'm picking up and paying for an order, I'm very much rushed so they can help someone else. I just wanted a single card to add before paying for my pick-up. I got a flat and rude 'no'. I actually laughed because I thought it was a joke. They said 'I'm not joking, no. I have to serve this other customer'. I see. Good luck to you and your business. I'll be going elsewhere.
Partner ordered cards for mtg. Arrived quickly, packaged perfectly, resulting in no damage. Shout out to Aydan for the added flavour on the invoice, nice personal touch. Definitely recommend highly. Definitely going to be a return customer
I have ordered a lot from there so much my account was silver, never a problem. Then I ordered 3x Boxes of Timespiral Remastered and some screw down frames costing around 800 I didnt receive anything found out my parcel had been stolen I never asked for it to be dropped at the door and yet games cube didnt want to do anything about it in the end they wanted to to pay the 800 and be happy with nothing. very very poor order and use with CAUTION!!!!!
Really friendly service and awesome product knowledge.. they also had a really expansive product range too. My partner and I don’t live anywhere near Parramatta but we will be revisiting soon ️
