Visited Telstra Westfield Parramatta several times before buying my phone outright and changing my plans. The staff were friendly and knowledge. I dealt directly with Jalpa and my experience was pleasant. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was organised, professional and friendly. My queries were all answered and she went extra mild to help me from end to end with my purchase and set up. Service and product was up there! Best Telstra store in Australia!

I visited the Parramatta Telstra store the other day and I don't really understand much about phones but one of the sales assistant - Prithvi - was able to break it down and explain to me in a very understandable way. He was very understanding and polite and took his time to explain in detail the plan that would help me best. Very nice person and a great asset to the Parramatta Telstra team. Will definitely be going back to see him regarding any problems.

Better Telstra deals are on offer by JBHiFi. Appalling to see Telstra not doing enough to retain the existing customer, on the other hand offering various promotions to win new customers/business. No reward for Customer loyalty. My advice shop around and be open to switch carrier where better deals are on offer.

I bought Apple Earpods pro from this store and Ritika helped me with making a clear choice. She was really helpful and joyfully answered to all my questions. Very charming personality with a smile on her face.She was quick as well as thorough and explained everything well to me. Really appreciate staff like Ritika who delivered quick and easy answers to my questions and also helped me in setting up the device to my phone.
