On 18th of March this year, I purchased a small black umbrella. Yesterday on 23rd of March, the bottom handle blew out of the umbrella due to heavy wind. Today after 5pm, I took my receipt and umbrella to the store, and asked to exchange it. The woman said she cannot exchange it if it has been used. I asked, “Even if it is due to the weather?” The woman said that was correct and there is no warranty. Not a good experience.

I phoned 4 different stores, all during normal trading hours, NONE of them answered. It's a pity they aren't service smart as well as dollar smart

Very rude, when asked why there are different prices for same umbrellas the person managing the stpre simply refused to sell...because they couldn't justify why they were charging more and one umbrella had 2 labels and he wanted to charge higher price. Total nonsense.

Great deals for Christmas, if you are looking for home craft items it is the best place in Parramatta Westfield. Has a great variety of all the stuffs.

Would give a negative rating if could Staff Member accused me of stealing an item which I never stole. After verifying that I never stole the item the staff member did not apologize to me and even has the audacity to say something to me go............. (I didn't hear the last few words) If I was a staff member of a store which I have wrongly accused a customer of stealing I would either apologize to the customer or say nothing at all. Unprofessional I normally don't write reviews and I wouldn't have posted this review if she has apologized to me instead of muttering something
