Used pick and pack to move some large furniture from one bedroom apartment to my two bedroom house. Steven and the other guy were really careful with our stuff and friendly. You guys are amazing!
Pick and Pack helped me move my one bedroom and the result was just great. The booking process with james was quick and easy. On the day of the move the guys arrived on time and made it stress free. all my items were taking care of carefully and nothing was damaged. I'm very impressed!!!

Pick and pack helped me move a few items from Homebush to Wollongong and I must say I'm impressed with their service. The guys arrived on time and covered my big items with blankets for extra protection which made me very happy. the rest of the move proceeded with no problems. Definitely recommending this company and using them for my next move !!
Used this company to move a 1 one bedroom apartment. The workers were really good. However I realized after my final payment to them that they had overcharged me. They would not return my called initially and then promised to refund the overcharged amount but still no refund after numerous attempts. I am being forced to lodge a complaint with the office of fair trading to have the amount refunded. Very disappointing.
I liked their service! They're responsible. Their behavior... Oh just impressive. I am too much satisfied. They are very careful. Great!
I would give them a minus rating if I could ! Absolutely unprofessional, lazy, slow & refused to take furniture down a 2-flight stairwell when it wouldn’t fit into the lift ! So ridiculous their behaviour that I will be lodging a Fair Trading compliant. Disgusting
