I've been in Australia 49 years and never had opportunity to travel to my birth place and thought about traveling some times in future but needed to apply for birth certificate (shenasnameh) before getting my passport. I was having difficulty completing the forms online until I visted Persian Citzen Services office in Parramatta . Mr Azimi completed all my forms and attached the necessary documents that were required and posted them to Embassy on the same day.
