Pleasant ambiance, good customer service, tasty food.. fair pricing.. parking is bit tricky as the near by roads would be always full.. easier to park at Westfield and walk to the restaurant.. closer to public transport though..

So many delicious Malaysian dishes to choose from. I settled on a noodle and prawn plate which i thoroughly enjoyed. The four of us ordered a variety of food and we all left extremely satisfied.

Terrible customer service. The waitress who served us was clumsy and rude. They got most people's orders wrong, serving them to the wrong table. She didn't even notify when they didn't have the ingredients for some dishes and just replaced without asking. They don't have enough people working on the floor during lunch time. They have plenty of seats inside the outside. Can be a bit crowded during lunch time. Decent food with good portion size but quite pricey. I only visit here occasionally. Probably won't be visiting again any time soon.

My partner and I decided to eat here late last night around 10pm. The door wouldn't even open at the entrance, and we were left struggling for about a minute before someone noticed us trying to come in. We were only after something light so we ordered 3 servings of dumplings and a coke zero. The drink was given to us hot which means it wasn't refrigerated prior to it being served to us. I looked past this as i thought the food would be better. When the dumplings came out, they were served on tiny sauce-like dishes, not even enough to feed a cat. The portion size was so small it was extremely underwhelming, and the dumplings themselves were pinky-sized . Might I also add, the dumplings were awful tasting and were overcooked as they were breaking even before we picked them up. Would not come again.

Whenever I eat at the PappaRich’s restaurant, I always feel like he’s left out 10% of the ‘Malaysian food magic’. The interior is slick and service is quick but the food lacks depth in flavour. I’ve noticed it immediately when I tasted the sambal and curry. Satay chicken was nice but it was a bit dry and roti was ok. I also see the other side of the coin, PappaRich has created the solid restaurant chain with Malaysian cuisine. That’s impressive. For this reason I give this place 3 bears

Fried Chicken was good, however the Chinese Broccoli was barely cooked. Very disappointing. Also please hire more floor staff, the ones you have are stretched too thin to provide attentive service to patrons.
