I had a great experience with them sending really delicate heavy items interstate and they helped out really well and it went without a hitch. Highly recommended. Used Pack & Send for the first time to deliver floor tiles from Sydney to QLD organised by Vijay from Pack & Send Parramatta. It was confirmed that they would be in fragile care throughout the pick up from Merrylands.Upon delivery today I received a call, email and photo from my on site Property Manager that four tiles were broken. I contacted Vijay from Pack & Send Parramatta and confirmed four tiles were broken. I asked Vijay what can we do about the broken tiles. Vijays exact words were " Nothing". Vijay was not willing to assist in any way. I replied to Vijay he can forget about a business relationship with myself and my business customers.
