I was hesitant at first because of these reviews. However I gave them a ring since they offer appointments at my local venue. I received high quality service and my mind was eased on a lot of questions I had. Made my Will with them last year and found everyone I spoke to to be very courteous and professional. My suggestion is to take these 1 star reviews with a grain of salt. Thank you NSW Trustee & Guardian.

Absolute ripoff. My gf's grandmother passed away and left everything to her. Only a house and a few grand. They are charging her 19k and not even settled. Im sure there's lot more fees to come. Most solicitors charge 3k-4k for same service.

The trustee and guardian cannot be trusted. Their skills in all aspects and from top to bottom is yuck! Yet to be desired. I believe they neglected my brother to his death. Trustee and guardian has a lot of explaining to do... That star is for my bro.. Not the killing agency they call TAG

I have never experienced staff who are are as rude and condescending when dealing with such sensitive matters as the death of a loved one. My father passed away in July 2020 and as of January 2021 have received no contact from these people. When I contacted them the lady was extremely rude and told me that some parts of the paperwork weren't filled out correctly and that was why nothing has proceeded yet. But no contact was ever made to advise me of that issue. Lazy bureaucrats who will still charge the estate for their time for doing nothing. Avoid at all costs. Ignore the 1 star - zero stars given.

Spent a little more time on hold than I would have liked, but nothing like many private sector companies. Staff were helpful and polite. Me thinks some 1 star reviews are sour grapes at TaG not being the actual fairy godmother.

To be honest it depends who is willing to help with in trustee guardian.one in million will work with you . sometime staff will make you wait ,or tell you something different. It will make it easier to have some one with you on the mobile phone. .or have family or case manager to help you out that's the best way .If it doesn't work out don't give up.

Worst experience ever, trying to sort out my sister’s will. Pretty straight forward will, just me and my children in her will. It’s such a draining process. Some people are helpful but the majority very rude and unhelpful. I have to explain why I’m calling to three or four people before I might get put through to someone who might vaguely help me. Even the receptionist that answers my call, first wants to know my whole story before she or he, puts me through and then I have to start telling the next person everything again!!! They will never put you through even when you direct them to the department or person you need to speak to. No to mention that they never understand or hear and I keep repeating myself and spelling for them. It would be funny if it wasn’t so emotionally draining.
