Try to avoid this centre and see if you can translate your document via governments translators instead,which is free. They force you to sign a paper several weeks before the translation and never give you the chance to review it before printing it out. After a month they gonna charge you again for correction and they never mention that when they are hading over the document to you! Even when you buy a product your rights are mentioned at the end of the job to remind you of that, since we are all human after all and not robots to remember the exact 30 days to lodge our claim. Who knows? Maybe it is deliberate.

Very bad indeed - job was done poorly and customer was service awful I went to RTA yesterday to changover my license. When I presented my certified translation, the staff told me the translation was not done properly so he was not able to book me a driving test Then I called Multicultural and the person who answered my phone could not speak proper English so I asked for her supervisor. After a long hold, I was told to send an email as the supervisor was busy translating - of course!! Shame on you people

I think Australian Consumer Protection should monitor their pricing as it does not make sense to over charge foreigners. Poor customer service!! Overall not happy! Rip off!

Total rip off - 200 for a single page document translated just to get my nsw driver license. The know we do not have another option but to contract with their service; hence service is way too overpriced and customer service really poor. Shame on this government org!

Spelling mistakes that cost me too much of my time and nerves even though my surname was correctly spelled on my order, on order confirmation and on envelope document was sent to me. No one contacted me to clarify that.
