I was actually worried after reviewing the negative comments but the staff was helpful and made sure I didn't need to come back again. If you go early morning and take all needful, it should be fine. The front office staff could be a bit more friendly

My wife went to open medicare which takes only 10 minutes, but they refused to open one as they said they are too busy to open now. She filled up the form and they said they will send an email with Medicare card details within 24 hours. Its been 3days since she went there and there is no email, no communication by them. Its the worst Service centre in NSW. Government should close this centre or replace all the staffs, its really frustrating.
Took me less than 1 hour to get my medicare request sorted. I was served by a lovely lady named Erminda. These people deserve praise for there good work as well.
Horrendous service. Poor understanding of legislation, the English language, and courtesy. A very obvious priority placed on claim reduction. A slap in the face to tax paying Australians
Very rude staff at the check in. I went there to apply medicare card at 3.53 pm and saying that sorry we are not able to take your application coz they are closing at 4:30. Very disappointed with public service
Came in to update some details on medicare at 4:15 and the staff dont want to do anything cause they are closing and 15 mins. public service level very poor.
40 mins from arriving to leaving. Excellent service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a very good experience.
I was expecting a poor experience after reading some of these reviews. This was not the case. I arrived at 8:30 and was registered and waited for help with my claim. The lady who assisted me with my claim was very polite and explained the online process well. Now I know what to do in future I can do it at home. I was done in about 30 mns.
