I have always been happy with the service provided by Mecca. When browsing online I needed some assistance & created the live chat - never would I have ever thought I would have received such personalized detailed service. Unfortunately I can't remember the staff members name who helped me from the Parramatta tore. The staff member truly went above and beyond to help me with my enquiries & questions and provided so much more than I ever expected - big props & big thank you to the service provided. Although I made my most recent purchase online - Receiving the quality service ensures I will be coming back to purchase from Mecca very soon.

Professional, the staff member really knows her products and was able to find what I was looking for.
WORST experience in the store to date. Went into the store after 8pm tonight and was greeted by a lovely girl at the door. Once I went into the store and found my way to the Too Faced range I was looking for a particular foundation. There was no display and I was looking for ages a staff member just stood next to me, did not acknowledge me and brushed passed. When I looked to my right near the candle area and Nars display there are 5 members just standing there talking and saw me looking yet offered no help or even a smile as I walked passed. Yet the rest of the team where running around and couldn’t even look at me or any other customer that was in the area. Guess they were to busy talking about looking “snatched” with their highlight .. literally

Got my formal makeup done here and they were great! Someone helped us as we walked in and offered water before the appointment began. Evie prepared my skin as she asked questions about my skin to give me the best products. Rachel did my makeup and was very good! She made sure I was happy with each step and listened well to what I was after xx
The lady that did my daughter's makeup for formal was fantastic. She listened and made great suggestions. My daughter looked amazing. Your professional friendly attitude made the experience great. Thank you.
Amazing customer service! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I went over to the skincare area & Christine couldn't have been more helpful. She spent plenty of time with me helping me with my skincare needs. She is very knowledgeable & passionate about her job. Keep up the good work guys. It's so refreshing to see such wonderful customer service!
Went in today with my friend Monique looking for a foundation... Emily was so kind and attentive. Not only did she find the perfect shade for my friend and I, but also taught us how to apply it aswell as applying concealer, blush and powder. She took her time and was such a kind soul. Ended up buying way more than just foundation.
