14 hours wasted on a small 2 bedroom move from Parramatta to Westmead, cost me over 1100. 9:30am to 11:30pm. DO NOT USE THIS SCUM. He demanded i pay him the money in full before he released my leather couch. At 11:30pm I just wanted to finish the job so I paid. He then finished the job by dragging the couch on the concrete floor, dirt and grass when there was plenty of blanket for him to use. I took photo and videos which he complained about. After the move I inspected my furniture and there were so many scratches to the dining table, display cabinets, leather couch. Plastic boxes were broken at the base because it was dropped hard. Plasterboard wall at my new apartment has dents because he was careless. He apparently goes by the names Peter and Robert. There are way too many issues with this hustler, he will be hearing from ACCC and by the number of other reviews here, there will be a good case.

the scums of the earth! they are slow, careless and sneaky. they made sure all your stuff have been loaded in their truck before they start making demands. and if you don't agree with them, they stopped working. and because they are paid by the hour, you end up paying more. there's nothing you can do because they are holding your stuff for ransom!! you still end up paying them no matter what happens. they are dodgy, rude and arrogant. don' t ever make the mistake of hiring them cos you'll be very sorry. and oh, that one person who gave them 5 stars? he must be one of them. 08/03/18 - i can't believe these scumbags are still in business and ripping off people. they should be reported to the police or ACCC!
The website said no travel costs, free packing and free insurance. I confirmed this when I booked and was told 80 per hour from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Nothing else to pay. However, when the guys got there they told me I had to pay an additional 50 for transport costs. I told them they didn't mention that when I made my booking, but they insisted. Then they told me it was going to cost 50 to wrap up my mattress. And an extra 30 to wrap up my 24" monitor. I told them not to wrap anything up and carried the monitor in my car. They seemed inefficient and unenthusiastic. I'm glad everything arrived safely (besides a broken leg on the bookcase) even without the wrapping. I would not use them for my next move.
Spoke to Peter over the phone, confirmed there will be no fuel costs. On the day of the move they ask you to pay before they complete the job to save time. When you want to pay they demand a 50 fuel cost and refuse to complete the unload until you pay. When you query Peter after the move he claims that the truck garage for this particular job was out of the agreed km range as they have many locations. He also refuse to send you a copy of the contract you sign on the day of your move.... Stay away from them!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just the most horrible experience ever, they were suppose to start at 8am and they didn't show up untill 4.30pm! Peter is so shifty, never apologized and kept insisting on reading the terms and conditions, apparently being late 8 hours is ok. At 2pm he tells me to find somebody else, as he will not be able to do it. I have a one year old and being in this situation was twice as hard. After hard negotiation, he send a different company. Lucky for me this new company was very good and the boys were really nice. It's very hard to argue on the day as you don't have another option, so he uses this to mentally torture you. It is the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced in my entire life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Dodgy underworld figures who send work at half speed and send 1.5 men and charge for 2. An hour lunch break was deducted from time, but they were away for 2. You feel very intimidated asking for any deductions that you ARE owed and they give you a miniscule amount and insist that they are being generous. Broken items ... terrible service. I'd have written a review for them through Seeking Services where I hired them but you give your name in the review .. and they know where I live ............ nuff said. MAGIC REMOVALISTS .. magically make your money disappear.
