Horrible service! I get a concealer from MAC Myer Parramatta, I continue to use the one I already have just to finish it. Once I opened the new one the shade was totally wrong, I requested NC25 but was given NW25 which is a much darker shade than I am. When I go back to MAC Myer Parramatta to get the right shade because it was their mistake to begin with they hassle me for a proof of purchase which I no longer have. They did not do the exchange and didn't care to help at all, just kept repeating the fact I needed a proof of purchase but the mistake was by the staff and some how it's my problem now. Be careful of what shade they give you because they don't care too much to help you when they have made a mistake. Will never purchase from MAC Myer Parramatta again!!

A girl by the name Sara W did mine and my sisters makeup today . She was the most helpful , professional and talented makeup artist we've had. We got so many compliments on our makeup .Highly recommend her . She actually listens to what you want .

I went to Parramatta MYER MAC department, Have two purchases from Myer online. Wanted to exchange them to different coulors. Staff including their team leader or their manager have no idea how to process online exchange or refund( very inconvenient). Plus providing false information about the exchange&refnd policy, stating that no second exchange if I change my mind again. I’m wondering where did they get these information from!!??. MAC at MYER Parramatta Westfield has 28 days exchang or refund policy as long as the items in a good conditions and not used. Staff and their team leader Need more training and if some of them new and don’t have enough knowledge they need to confirm before saying it.
