Very little and slow communication on land registrations to the land owner. No accountability on their new developments for faults. Edmondson Park development rushed with poor design. Fences less than 4 yrs old failing Retaining walls less than 4 yrs old also failing. They amount want a bar of it nor will they hold their building contractor accountable for the failings either. Beware if you are purchasing land through Urban growth / Landcom, expect a poor experience.
