If i could give zero stars to this company i would. Absolutely disgusted. I-tech listed items as in stock, took my money then advised me they didn't have the stock at all. I emailed them numerous times for a refund (they don't list a working phone number) and when they did respond they blamed their supplier for their false listing. They took my money under the pretense of having said items then then were in no rush to reply or give back the money they should never have received. I will never purchase from this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone at all. I know of 3 other people who had the exact same issue. All disgusted and left waiting around for refunds. Beware.

I visited them when my hard drive crashed. Sam was very informative and gave time to explain various options to me. He was also patient and provided space for me to make a decision. Service was awesome and in time!
Sam was amazing. Broke the screen on my Surface Pro 4 Saturday morning and Sam replaced the screen within hours on the same day. Totally professional, personable and brilliant communicator. Super happy with his service and recommend him highly.
