The food and wine selections are delicious with a wide variety of refreshing cocktail options to suit everyone. The team are wonderful and professional always providing outstanding customer service. Erin has been the best host I've ever experienced, not only was she a friendly and social host she helped me from feeling sick. She deserves a pay rise. Further more, Erin is the most upbeat and friendly worker I have ever experienced in my life. She is a great worker and a great friend. Please consider elevating her pay rise or management in the company. She is a vital resource in this industry. Thank you.
We had a birthday party at Heritage lounge. First time there and I can promise it will not be the last. Our host Vivi was an absolute star. So helpful and attended to our every need. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience The drinks were all top quality, food was delicious and the special additions of sparklers on bottles of champagne, and special globes with hidden doors for the drinks added to the theatre and vibe to the night. Finally the music.... well all I can say is young and old all were pleased with the music. Will be back for sure , already planning our next event there
Heritage Lounge is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. Good option for snacks and drinks. Great music. The Ambience is great and on top of everything the staff here are very friendly and the customer service is really good. One of the best places to hang out in Parramatta. Highly recommend

First time and last time will ever be coming to this place. I'm usually not a person to write a complain but this I needed to write about. The manager started with us nicely but that didn't last long.. We waited a long time for our order to come. We ordered the meat platter it was aesthetically pleasing however it didn't taste good as the meat was very off and we could smell it and did not taste fresh at all. After speaking to the waitress she said she will get the manager to come and assist us. However, when the manager came we told her the issue about the meat being off, she kept saying no the meat is not off. She didn't bother with making other alternative option instead she was trying to make us believe that there was nothing wrong with the meat. You can't force someone to eat something that tastes OFF. All she did was a refund of the platter which we were happy to pay for it however if she could change the meat selection which she did not offer!. After complaining about the meat being off she asked us to move along and take the table booking off us.. This place is lacking basic customer service skills. They TRY to appear classy however their customer service is very POOR and I would not recommend anyone to go there. The night didn't stop there, so we ended up going to a much better place with a better customer service!.
Staff was very friendly and attentive, particularly Agustina who never doubted to come around and keep checking ho was everything. We kept asking her for cocktails recommendations, she always paid attention and listen to us carefully so she knew what cocktail would suit each of our tastes. Atmosphere and ambience was great, too!!! Would definitely recommend this bar to have an extraordinary time here with delicious food and drinks
Great atmosphere, drinks and music. Shout out to Viv and Erin for their awesome service. Made us feel like family. We look forward to the next visit.
