The receptionist at Parramatta Council was really helpful,easy to deal with and her phone manner was excellent.Surprisingly good customer service.
Not happy to have to pay a 120 fee to access my legally parked car in a council carpark that apparently has to close after 11pm during the week. Bear in mind this is a totally unmanned carpark with boom gates and ticket machines. This was on top of the parking fee!! One of the many reasons I've chosen to leave Sydney region all together. What's the point of aiming to be the second largest CBD in Sydney when your rubbish curbside collection system is a total failure. It's only encouraging more rubbish to be illegally dumped on curbsides and common property areas. Unnecessary red-tape on bookings for removal of illegally dumped rubbish on common properties. Worst still, the council road cleaners dumps curbside rubbish onto common properties instead of reporting the illegally dumping. Please adopt a better system and educate your road cleaners to do the right thing.

One of the best councils in Sydney. Has a big vision and is working towards executing it. People are proactive, involving and warm. Keep it up!
The parking officers are either inept or just dopey. I have a parking permit for my area and the dopes still booked me. I look forward to hearing their excuse. UPDATE, they stuffed up!!! The system doesn't work, bring back the parking stickers
