Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers handled the workers compensation claim for for my late son, who was the victim of workplace bullying and harassment in his employ at a NSW Council. As can be imagined, the matter was unusually complex, especially as the respondent attempted to prove a break in the chain of causation in my son's passing. The diligence and professionalism of Scott Dougall and the team at Carroll & O'Dea was crucial in a successful outcome, being achieved. I was kept informed at every step of the way, over the past four long years since my son's passing.
