After reading the reviews I was really worried but I can say was i surprised with the quality. I bought a total of 8 custom canvas. Each were as good as each other, the colours of the prints were bright and vibrant. I have bought Canvas from other sites but by far Canvas champ are the best. JUST AMAZING

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY! Terribly disappointed!! Delivery was very slow, the final product in a terrible condition, very bad quality! The shapes of some chips on my puzzle were wrong therefore impossible to finish the puzzle. The colour was off in several spots and one chip was even broken. The packaging as well was very bad and broken!
Live most of the other reviews I bought from them because I though they were an Australian company. The delays weren't too bad, but when the product finally came they had gotten the dimensions wrong. Look elsewhere, there's bound do be dozens of companies in your area that do what these guys do but better.
Ordered item from store that claims to be Australian based on December 6th. No update until December 22nd, when I emailed them. They then tell me the item is in production, and then I get a Fedex email saying that it is leaving India on December 23rd. I looked into reviews on Google and ProductReview and everyone had the same experience, being really let down. For the people who actually received their items, those people had a whole other set of issues with the items not aligned correctly, poor quality pieces etc. Do not trust the reviews on their site, or what they say about shipping etc. They have a good website, but production is in India. - I just messaged customer service on the website about my refund and got a confirmation quickly as they are serving a lot of these out today. They said it should be processed within 2-3 days max. Hopefully that is the case.
-5 ...horrible quality pictures, damaged products with a horrible costomer service team... they based in india dont be fooled by the Australian address on the web site.. they argued when i tried to get a refund.. luckily paypal has the disputes thing i got my money returned... dont buy there use someone else do yourself a favour
Product was significantly delayed and arrived with scuffed glass, print had been rolled and unrolled, frame quality is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
puzzle came in very cheap quality plastic container when I was expecting a printed cardboard box. Definitely not worth what I spent.
Was told by the customer service representative that deliveries to the US were possible, however at check out there was no USA listed in the many countries in the drop down menu. Was very disappointed! And no apology or discount was offered for the inconvenience and misinformation.
