BAD BAD BAD, I sent my go pro for repair, it came back with different faults to what it had when i sent it, so I sent it back to them. The camera has not been returned to me and I cannot get in contact with them. It seems they have shut down and kept my camera!

Absolute trash.. Went with a minor problem (pictures weren’t showing up in the gallery)... This was December 2017... after 2weeks no one got back to me I had to call and was told due to Christmas holidays my camera won’t be fixed until January. Although disappointed I understood... With no one reporting backing to me about my camera I called almost every week in regards to when it will be done as I needed for my holiday in February. Almost end of January 2018 I called once again and was told I had to wait for spare parts.. (this is something they should communicate with a customer)... I waited for another month and not surprised went to holiday without my camera. I called back and I was told the same stupid story... My Camera was returned back to me 12 March 2018 when I went there 14 December 2017 to drop it off.. very ridiculous I would advise you not to waste your money here... I could go somewhere else and spend less for better service... I was charged 227 for this disgusting service... NOT WORTH IT AT ALL... zero stars
My name is Stefan. I came to Australia for travelling few days ago. Unfortunately, my Sony α 7s was accidentally dropped into the water and didn't work anymore. I was so frustrated because we hadn't visited all the great views in our plan and we was gonna to back within three days. Then we found Parramatta Camera Repairs online and tried to see if we have any luck. Yet surprisingly, they repaired my camera and sent back to me in the other day straightaway. Also the price was so favourable and the staff were so friendly! Thanks to this great repair shop, we had a great time in the next two days. They are professional and they should get the credit!
Small, family-run operation. They quoted me 150 less than Canon to repair my zoom lens. They completed the repair within a week, but did not properly calibrate my lens after the repair, which resulted in significant image quality issues. I returned my lens, and they re-calibrated it for free under warranty. The lens is now back to its original performance, but dust specks are visible in the glass (inside the lens). This repair shop is relatively cheap, and it will get the job done, but it is not professional-grade.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. when told I would be contacted I wasn’t, I always had to call but would never get a proper response about when my lens would be fixed. He had my lens for a few months and the only time he made contact with me was when he messaged the quote. When I eventually got to speak to him he said he was waiting for a part...I collected my lens last Saturday and gave it to Aquila from Sydney camera repairs which is just around the corner. He fixed it in 3 business days and for a cheaper price than I was quoted from this guy at pro/parramatta camera repairs. DO NOT leave your camera gear if you want it fixed.
Fairly useless service. I went with a minor problem with the LCD screen (which they fixed) but then the promised service and clean has left my camera operating sluggishly, and the software update never happened though I was assured it had been done when I picked it up. Promised phone calls and restitution turned out to be a myth as well.
If you don't want your Lenes scratched I would highly recommend not going to these guys very bad experience zero stars rated!!!!
