I have asked them to price a job . price is reasonable low but when they send the agreement there are many extra varibales ,like charging 250/hrs for extra inspection or liaising with neighbours and council regarding complaints, and I call to clarify what and when will it be charged , answered by an office lady and reply is not clear . and when I request to talk to the certifier, feed back is very bad-I was told he is very busy and not willing to clarify my querry. Look like they are going to charge the client more by variations once the contract is signed
well experienced and he got lots of ideas , i didnt use him but openly told me i have to change design otherwise it wont approve , where else builder just wasted 4 months time .
