Great training experience. The instructor Yalcin is very organized and very hands on in everything. If your looking for a good institution to get your First Aid or CPR done.. This is highly recommended.

Our Teacher Yalcin was very informative. The class room was very clean and tidy. Pricing for the courses wasn’t expensive. Interacted with all the students. He had great knowledge. Funny and patient, helpful and had no rush in the class. He made everyone participate and made sure they were on the right track. Great institution. Well definitely recommend Thank you
I had an enjoyable fun night class in a well lit and air-conditioned room. The place was easy to find, a minute's walk from Parramatta station. Getting there 20 minutes early allowed me to fill in minimal paperwork, that was well set out. The trainer for the night, Jake, was welcoming at the door, and the reception person polite. The small class numbers (around 15 people) meant people got there early and made good progress of Jake's skilled tutoring. Jake also made the class fun with well placed humour and thorough teaching. He garnered from his years handling emergency posts internationally and made learning first aid and CPR skills easy and applicable. Thank you to a well run company and a friendly professional Jake!
The best First Aid Training I’ve attended so far. The presenter was professional and thorough and threw in a touch of humour throughout the course. Thanks!
Extremely professional, maintaining safe and prescribed hygienic environment. Training approach is very understandable to all the participants. Above all open in this crisis to support.
ATI is still open and I am very impressed with the precautions they took against the virus. I did the First Aid course yesterday (Saturday 21st March 2020) and the instructor (Yalcin) ensured everyone who entered the premises used the high grade hand sanitizer that was available. If you wanted to go to the bathroom, you were reminded to use the hand sanitizer, wash your hands with soap after using the bathroom and again use the hand sanitizer before returning to the training room. This is the same method used to prevent the spread of microbes in hospitals. At the beginning of the session, the instructor made sure no-one was experiencing any symptoms. Additionally, for the CPR component, the instructor did not allow us to do breaths on the mannequins. The mannequins were wiped down throughout the day with a cleaning agent that had extra chemicals in it to kill microbes including viruses.
Just had my first Aid/Pocket mask training with Jake and it was an absolute blast. 5/5. Affordable pricing. Great choices of location. Efficient and fast. No 12 hour boring lecture. Great teachers, super outgoing. Fantastic customer service both on phone and via email. This company has set a high standard for how training institutions should be.
Today I completed my Education first aid with this company. Going in for the day expecting to hate a long day but it was a totally enjoyable experience. Everything we were taught was informative and interesting, the staff were engaging and informative whilst entertaining. Will definitely be back to this company next time.
