AUSDAC went above and beyond to help guide us through the process of drafting up plans and seeking the approval for an extension. As we have never done this before his ongoing support during the building process has been excellent and we are very grateful. The attention to detail to our existing structure and how it would knit into the new was great and they thought about everything. We would highly recommend them.

Steve and his crew made renovating a very easy process. The house that AUSDAC created for us far surpassed what we thought we could achieve. The second story addition has made our house one of the best looking homes in the street and we are so happy to come home to it each day. My husband and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I can not recommend Steve and AUSDAC highly enough. Steve was the first person we had spoken to in 2 years (after two sets of failed plans) that listened to our needs and gave us the design we wanted and that we have just finished building. He gave us trustworthy, functional, professional and timely advice at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and would turn to him first if I ever renovated again.
The AUSDAC team were great. They listened, they explained what was possible for our property and budget. I was so happy with the design concepts I got them to work on custom plans for our dream property. They managed the engineers and landscape designers, and got approval from council. They even got involved in the build by project and managed it for us. On time and on budget.
They did an amazing job in helping us renovate and transform our home - both indoors and outdoors. Nice to have someone listen to our ideas and help make them come to life. Always on time and always courteous and respectful - will definitely use them again.
My wife & I had our small 2 bedroom house renovated by the friendly team at Ausdac about 18 months ago and we couldn't be happier. They added 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and walk in robe upstairs and opened up our downstairs living area into a great entertaining area all at a an excellent price. Steve, Joe and their team took care of everything from design, CDC (council) and build, which was finished ahead of schedule. They were very accommodating when it came to us changing our minds. We were delighted that we choose Ausdac to do our renovation work. Renovation work consisted of new roofing for our pergola, new bifold door and window and new breakfast bar extending from kitchen window and subsequent painting. We found principal of company Steve Merheb easy to talk to and able to offer specific advice on our best options for the work proposed. Whilst Steve did some of the work himself the people he contracted to do specific work were very professional, always on time and tidy and always informed us on what they were doing. .
