I’ve been working at the children’s since it first opened in the new building so I use this pharmacy often. The pharmacist in charge is lovely, always happy, cheerful and helpful. And the lady (not sure name ) who has worked on the cashier area is super lovely and friendly too. Highly recommend. The prices are a little more expensive but not by a massive amount. That’s the only reason it will lose one star.

Terrible service every time, once they lost my script, then miraculously found it a month later but didn't post it to me as requested. Disorganised!!! I would avoid this place if possible, save your time and money.

Very very bad experience. I bought a product from WOOD PHARMACY IN RCH, I was expecting the good quality as they are sitting in Royal children hospital . I bought a product of probiotic for kids on 16th sept and when I can't back home I saw the product had an expiry date of dec2019, an year old product on self for kids. Trying to get hold of them but no response. Highly disappointed.

I have been going to the pharmacy for over 10 years and can truly say the service is exceptional. Yes, it is an incredibly busy pharmacy especially on weekdays but that is due to the nature of its location (inside a children's hospital) as well as the fact it is one of the few good compounding pharmacies in Australia. Drew, thank you for being such a great pharmacist and especially for staying at the pharmacy until 8pm the other night so I could collect my script. You are a great man.

Very helpful and friendly staff, gave very good advice on how to arrange the posting of medication to our home for our child, prices are excellent on everyday products in their store, would highly recommend this pharmacy to parents that have perscriptions they need dispensed for their children. Also have a system that enables you to leave your scripts in store, i find that an added bonus.
