Late night visit from a large python. Scared the mrs and was afraid our small dog would go it. Bryce came out and was extremely friendly, communicated brilliantly (informing us of the snake's behaviour and what we need to do better to live with them) and put our, and the neighbour's, minds at rest. Live near a forest, so will see a few a year. But we have a different view on them now. Really great, calm, expert service!
