Very convenient. But you need to pick your times. Midday is fine with top level parking. The exit is narrow so large cars interfere with entering traffic as they turn the sharp exit corner, causing delays in both directions. Be careful not to overstay your 2hr top level and 3 hr bottom level limits as the fines are steep.
