A couple of weeks ago I bought a Radiolink radio control unit from this store in Parkes. when got home to Sydney I found a part missing I rang the store. I also requested more info on the unit I bought. The store dispatched the missing part and extra the documentation requested, quickly. I found the staff I interacted with both in the store, and over the phone friendly and helpful, and the interaction pleasant.

Great people. Needed a power supply that was going to take a day to get in, but as we were only passing through, that wasn't going to work. They very kindly opened up their display unit and sold me the power supply from that for the retail price. Outstanding service, and really got me out of a hole. Thanks!!
Staff were very helpful, and most accommodating.
