I used Protek when renovating our home and was extremely happy with the service provided. Damian was happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had along the way and was always on site when expected which was impressive compared to some trades. Would definitely recommend.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Gina when our building permit was forced to extend due to Covid-19 delays and delays by the builder that were both out of our control. She not only took the time to hear the concern but also offered to appeal the fee for the extension on the grounds of the circumstances and we are grateful that it was approved. She we so polite and helpful. Great customer service and authentic care.
I’m doing a renovation to my house and Protek has made this part of the planning and building process simple. It’s nice to have someone in the building game actually return a phone call.
Excruciating incompetence and Zero accountability. My pool fence was signed off and approved, and then subsequently failed by Protek. Then they blamed their sub contractors and took no accountability, basically saying ‘too bad, you are going to have to fix it’. No that the fence is paid for 3 months ago, I need to fork out another 2 replace two panels with custom ones. I said I would be happy to pay for the difference, because if this was highlighted initially the design could be changed, but they don’t want to wear any of it. They make promises to get back to you and never do. Good thing I keep good records of my interactions, emails and texts, because going through that sequentially will show any dispute mediator how disfunctional this company is. Poorest user experience ever. Hire them if you never want to see the end of your build.
