After trawling through many different jewelers, we finally stumbled into the Rockhampton store and were greeted by Savanah. She was easy going, and made appropriate suggestions with good knowledge of the products. Savanah helped us purchase our dream engagement rings and we couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful service, had watch repaired & serviced after a jeweller in Emerald incorrectly changed a battery. Will only use Wallace Bishop now. They even posted watch home to me, eagerly awaiting it's arrival

Service by Emily was outstanding, I went in to have my rings rhodium plated and enquire about other jewellery in store, not only was she was extremely knowledgeable she explained the complete process of what would happen to my existing rings and timeframe etc. Rings were done under this timeframe and received a call and text message also. Picked my rings up and they looked brand new and even received a ring bag. Great service.
