TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! Bought a voucher for my partner nearly 12 months ago. Have been jerked around told the plane was being fixed they would contact me in a month. I would ring and no one would answer, none of my emails have been replied to. Eventually a lady answered the phone and told me not to panic it would be up and running and they would honor the voucher even though it was now out of date. I am still waiting 12 months on, no one is answering my calls or returning emails. 500 down the drain. :-( took me forever to save for that voucher being a 1 income household on an apprenticeship wage. This has been a huge blow

It's a scam! I bought a voucher as a Christmas present. I booked my flight time. One day before the scheduled flight there was an email about 'unexpected issue with the plane'. Since then they have not responded to my emails. I can't get thru on the phone to anyone. There goes my 400. It's been over two months and I hear nothing from them.
Pre flight instructions were very thorough. I was given a full explanation of manouvers and what to expect. The on board communication between pilot and myself couldn't be faulted. The flight was all it was promised to be. A great experience. Thanks.
DO NOT BOOK! This is a scam! Booked and paid for a flight for my partner. Cancelled the morning of with a text from 'ben'. Did not receive the text message in time so rocked up to the flight and when the office was empty we asked around and were told they supposedly went into receivership last November. When I requested a refund he refused.. luckily I paid through PayPal and they gave me a refund! Call consumer affairs to lodge a complaint against them so they can be shut down.
Is this place even still running!! My kids purchased a Vchr here for their Dad. Everytime he tried to book they had an excuse not to fly eg repairs & no mechanics or to hot. Eventually expired. We called up & they said they would refund. But never did. Then just kept giving us the run around about changing offices etc. Terrible service

Very dishonest. Disappointing. Last year we got a voucher from groupon for 399 as a birthday gift for my sister in august. For that whole week they couldnt make us fly and so many other days was either clody or rainy and they said that the voucher will be valid for a year but since than they never responded to our calls and emails and so 399 dollar is gone into rubbish. I cant call it a full scam as i see them fly every now and then but because vouchers are seem to be a deal they tend to discriminate you from someone who is paying 800 dolar a flight. I would personally pay more and go to Sydney fly jets or just try the first flight experience with hands on for 100 dollar in parafield airport.
