Amazing... reliable....quick.. ..friendly....flexible..... Can't say enough about these guys.. from the guy that answers the phone, with his 'can do' attitude. Nothing is too much trouble, makes your whole experience relaxed and easy. To the men that turned up - on time, clean, energetic, strong and experienced!! Why did they work so hard and so quick when we were paying them by the hour?? I can't recommend these guys more highly!! Fabulous!!

Honestly disappointed that we chose to move with this company and now that we're moving again I definitely won't be going with them. They told us glass jars couldnt stay in the fridge for the move and they would take them out and leave them on the bench, this was fine except they emptied the WHOLE fridge. Milk, meats, sauce bottles etc all left out in the only sunny spot on the bench. They then moved our 65" tv and broke the legs, when I complained they told me it was broken before they moved it from the old house which it definitely wasn't as I had bought it new into that house and it was fine. The tv now has a permanent lean forwards because the footing is broken. They also dragged furniture instead of carrying it which resulted in breaking the legs off some furniture and tearing the "wood like" cover off furniture and leaving exposed chipboard, again denying fault. On top of this they kept stopping and just standing in the doorway to "check messages" after every piece of furniture, where they stopped lined up with the aircon draft from another room. I understand it was hot but this was on the clock! Before we left the old house I asked if they had the new address to which they said yes. I left for the new house about 5 min after them but beat them there. Figured maybe they just hit different traffic, nope! They were unloading at a different house because they, and I quote, figured ours house was the one with the for rent sign. Didnt even check the address!! In the end the price ended up being around double the quote and when we mentioned that we were met with a very blunt well yeah its a quote, its not accurate. Very disappointed.
At first I thought these guys were great, however as I began to unpack my boxes over several months I discovered that they had packed open containers with things like oil (they had been left on my coffee table from the night before) into boxes of books. Naturally the oil spilt and ruined many of my belongings. They broke an expensive piece of outdoor furniture in transportation and did not compensate me. They also packed many of my comics badly, causing them to be torn or bent. They just threw things into boxes. Also the excessive use of paper to pack things may seem like a good idea but have fun throwing it out in the entire streets worth of recycling bins for the next year or so because I've still got piles. All in all these guys are not worth the price, don't learn the hard way like I had to.
