Picked up this amazing vehicle the day before the Easter long weekend ...a couple weeks earlier than anticipated We’d waited a while, after changing our minds on the variant and had already decided on a suspension upgrade It’s the grateful help from a family friend Steve W at Peter Kittle Holden and the knowledge from our sales person Daniel G at Peter Kittle Toyota that we achieved fantastic results Not only was Daniel attentive and courteous (rarely found these days) but genuinely helpful ...not in a pushy or overbearing way as some sales people can be Taking delivery of a new vehicle can take a bit of time, not only signing final paperwork but also the general needs of driving your new vehicle ...time well spent getting to know the helpful things before you leave the dealership which is where Daniel knew all the ins and outs of the features we’d just purchased and a few worthy pointers too Our whole experience at Peter Kittle was fantastic really and we couldn’t recommend a better vehicle sales group more highly than this and all those that assisted us through our vehicle buying journey With great thanks to all, Jo and Greg

I emailed you for your best quote. Instead of you reciprocating with an email I received a call from a staff member who gave me a quote & then told me it wasn't your best offer ??? Went on to tell me there is someone else who can give me your best quote but that person decided not to call me but instead get a staff member to call me who couldn't give me your best quote??? Whole point of enquiring online was not to waste your time nor mine but instead that's exactly what you did; an absolute time waisting exercise - sad. Also the Staff member then thought it was a good idea to then school me in supply & demand, price elasticity, ... - admitedly at no time during the conversation did I feel I was treated as a Customer rather than a target being told how wrong I was for asking for best quote rather than just accept the highest price you felt like quoting on the day.

We have had our car for one month now and we are very happy with it. We were very happy with the sales team they keep us up to date with everything, the service team and financial team, the reason we gave a 3 stars was that Renee, she's sold us some extra for the car. She told us she would keep us up to date with everything. She did not do this. Everything was meant to be done to the car apart from one thing, which the sales team told us about. The only reason we found out that everything was not done was that I rang up and asked a questions and we where told they were to look into that. So the next day I rang back and I was told it was not done. Renee is someone who is all talk and no follow-through. We ended up talking to someone else from the same area. She made sure everything done on the first free check-up. So I say to anyone who goes through them DON'T DEAL WITH RENEE for any extra on your car other than that I would if given them 5 stars

Fantastic dealership. John B and the team made everything super easy and straight forward when i traded my Hyundai in to purchase a new Corolla! John followed up on all of his calls that he said he would to keep me updated with the whole process and arriving to drop off my car and pick my new Toyota up was a very smooth transition. Happy days ever since! Very happy with the service, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

A friend had recommended Mr Tung Duong's service when it came to purchasing a new Toyota. As a Sales Consultant, Tung had proven to be professional and polite throughout the purchasing process. He certainly exceeded my expectation, went through great lengths in patiently explaining each vehicle specs and safety features - clarifying my doubts and questions with ease. Professional and well-versed in his field, and Tung wasn't pushing for a sale. He took into consideration the specs and budget I was searching in a new car and provided me the closest available. Overall, relieved and satisfied to make my car purchase with Tung and would recommend any future friends to him and Peter Kittle!

Had my vehicle serviced here around 1 and a 1/2 weeks ago. Not overly happy. Paid 325 for the service, only to be told after the fact that it's not a log book service and that it was just basically an oil change. I was told that it was approx. 195 for oil and oil filter and 150/hr for labour. The same oil used (oil brand, oil weight and oil type all confirmed by the service manager) can be purchased from SuperCheap for between 40 and 50 for 10 litres (my vehicle needs 9 litres) I wouldn't expect to pay more than 200 for what is basically an oil change factoring in an absurd 150/hr for labour. A rip off is the best way to describe it and I will never be returning.
