Always liked this chain, so I thought I'd try the new one at Darling Square. I wasn't disappointed. The menu was their standard one, but they were trialling the option of waffles the night we were there. Delicious. I had a birthday discount voucher for 20% which was a saving. And when they brought my order, it had a sparkler standing up in it ... and two of the waiters sang "Happy Birthday" to me. A bit embarrassing, but appreciated. I have mobility issues, so the flat access from both Wilson Parking and the Haymarket light rail stop was appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're into simple food done well.

The pancake was delicious. The texture, the creaminess and the sweetness is perfect. Their pizza is so good as well. My only note is their drinks, I didn't get the hit of the flavour I was expecting for. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice place. Good serving. Place is easy to locate. Good customer service. Serving is fast. I will definitely come back to this place and eat with my friends again. Recommended to try and eat here.
The service & food was impeccable. I have never seen staff anywhere as proactive as at this location. Thank you for a great start to the day & keep up the excellent customer service. We will certainly be returning & highly recommend.
Amazing pancakes, always felt full after eating. Very kind staff. Lovely smooth jazz music with a nice hot coffee on a cold morning
You get consistently good food, service and experiences at Pancakes. Good for a date night, good to cath up with friends as they are never pushy about getting you in and out. It’s a great place for any type of meal for any occasion or even when there is no occasion.
