Nice, clean place. Abundance of green grassy areas. Friendly people. Stables are well clean. Recommend anyone interested to go there.

Much more spacious than other local equestrian Centres.we had a really good English trainer.
I am a 50 year old rider and have been taking lessons at Paloma since last September. I have progressed more in those few months than I had in many years prior resulting in a lack of confidence after a few bad falls. If you want to ride one of their horses they are all very well trained and are safe and dependable, and you are also more than welcome to bring and ride your own horse for lessons, clinics and any other group gatherings/activities. I have been to a few riding schools over the years and this one is very well organised and run extremely well. It is professional yet fun, safety is a top priority and the facilities are great. From agistment paddocks, stables, wash bays, round yard, riding track and also direct access to beautiful trails and last but not least the absolutely fantastic flood lit indoor 60 x 20 sand arena. Everything you could possible need is at your disposal. The centre runs like clockwork and it is a very welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere in which both you and your horse can relax and learn. The owner Marie, is easy going, approachable and understanding of her clients needs, and what they require as individuals to reach their own personal goals. I thoroughly enjoy every single lesson and am grateful that I found this wonderful place to continue to improve my horse training and horse riding skills. Thank you Marie and Paloma Equestrian Centre, and here’s to a big year ahead.
Absolutely amazing place, excellent trainers, they really are switched on for every level and the horses I just want to take them home!!! They are such confidence boosters and I love them so much !!
Both of my kids ride at PEC. The Connemara Ponies are an absolute delight. They really are perfect for any level rider. I have watched my kids develop from beginners to confident, capable young riders and my daughter has even started competing with the PEC team. The coaches are amazing and we have absolutely found our "Riding family". We highly recommend Paloma.
This place is very beautiful and very well maintained. Me and my partner went for a horse ride in the forest for her birthday and it was awesome. Marie was very attentive and courteous towards me and partner. I will most likely go back again
Simply the best place to learn horse-riding around Brisbane! I have been riding for more than 15 years, I also have a European background, and we are used to riding in equestrian centres in Europe where they own their horses. I was very surprised to see that, most of the time, you need to buy your own horse and all the responsibilities that go with it when you start horse-riding as a beginner in Australia. There's a few places around Brisbane with horses but it is not really good quality teaching or skilled. But then I found Paloma Equestrian centre. And not only they have well-cared horses, they are also trying to implement a real horse-riding school by teaching riding but also all the ground work and how to look after the horse. A lot of people have actually no idea of what to do in some risky or complicated situations with their horses because... well, no one taught them or they didn't learn from riding different types of horses. And the lack of skills can become really dangerous... So before you buy your own, go and learn from Paloma. The people are qualified coaches with competition background, they know what they talk about. The place also offers a really good diversity of activities, from dressage to jumping, forest trails, track for trotting, private lessons, group lessons from beginners to advanced. It is also a lovely place, very quiet. If you are a horse owner, Marie (the owner) will be more than happy to show you around. You can also leave your horse on-site or just rent the arenas. Lessons are good quality, you will learn real horse-riding and develop good and strong equestrian skills. They are also trying to develop groups of riders interested in competing and I have seen a lot of improvement within 6 months with the young ones. Go Paloma! You are doing a good job!
