Went to Pro Shop asked re condition of greens as they looked suspect as we drove in. We were told they were scarified 2 weeks ago and sanded but have come back well and were good to putt on. We were charged full rate79.50. They were absolutely terrible, like putting on a roadway, ball just bounced everywhere. Course was not worth that sort of money, very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Nice place, big car park, beautiful building inside and outside. It's a great view from all windows and balconies to the golf course. Good meals and comfortable atmosphere with a historical touch. I would recommend this place to visit to everyone, as we've had a great time here with friends of mine.

The course in general was well kept, excellent greens and fairways. Unfortunately the bunkers were unplayable due to heavy rains the previous day or two (fine with me!!). The pro shop staff are very friendly and accommodating. Altogether a good day of golf.

Only went inside for training. Old but neat and clean. The golf course is very well looked after.

What an absolute gem of a place. Attended here for my nieces sweet 16th. There was a variety of delicious finger foods and special shout out to event Co-ordinator Rebecca who made the night go on without an issue. Great photo opportunities as well.

Great course and great value for 79 including a cart. The facilities are dated, the course would look a million times better if they just fixed the signs on each hole and the ball washers! Guy in the pro shop was friendly, although unless you want to buy Palmer merchandise you can leave your wallet in the car here, not a really well stocked shop. There's a driving range, practice putting/chipping greens before the first hole which are well maintained. The fairways and greens are in great condition, genuinely surprised it wasn't busier out here on a Saturday morning, it was pretty quiet. I'd recommend this course to anyone, yes the facilities you can see that in a time gone by this was a high class establishment and they've been left to slip ... but bringing back those facilities you're looking at a 150-200 round, and given what he's "doing" with his other courses, Clive is never going to invest the money it needs - so enjoy the cheap round on a high quality track and save the cash to spend at the casino or a pub somewhere else after! Food/drink options are also limited, drinks cart was around but not much else. Didn't stop in the clubhouse after.

Played 2 weeks ago. Coarse was in very poor condition, considering its fee of 69. Bunkers literally are dirt, grass growing in them, edges were a disgrace greens were poor condition and the 17th tee off area was a disgrace. Only positive was the scenery/design of coarse and the fairways in good condition. Never complained before regarding a golf coarse, however I decided to give feedback to management on the day. This courses only deserves to be 40-45 fee.
