Terrible service . I went to Down to earth café this morning expecting to have a nice breakfast with my partner and my son and got absolutely shocked with the bad service . Despite having just 2 tables of people and 3 girls working we waited 25 minutes for our coffees . Our order came wrong , my partner got a latte instead of a mocca and my son got a hot chocolate instead of a babychino . The music was so loud and the girls were really busy chatting instead of serving the costumers. We are definitely never coming back .

The coffee was ok but the real highlight was the food. Chicken Tortilla Stack for 5.90, what a bargain and super yummy too
Shared 2 açai bowls here and were both so good. I understand the other reviews on here, but thankfully the other staff here do give off a good vibe.
Very attentive and accommodating staff. Best Acia bowls on the coast, our little one thinks she is having ice cream haha

Coffee was cold, cake was stale, thought I'd give them a second chance with a friend , not one gluten free product! and the salad was absolutely tasteless! sorry won't be back!!
Wouldn't even give this place half a star! The owner was so rude shouting to me across the cafe what I wanted.. as she approached me I was pretty amicable....and the process of getting a fresh juice was pretty awkward as she told me to look at the board when I clearly had a juice menu in my hands As a chef and Restauranteur I definitely do not condone this sort of behavior.
We ordered 2 extra hot lattes and a chai latte. Could not taste any coffee in any of the drinks and all were luke warm. Asked snappy waitress to heat them up and add an extra shot at our own expense. She had just cleaned the machine so couldn't add the extra shots. She asked did we still want them heated up and only at this point did we complain telling her no point as it would be like drinking hot milk. She didnt even offer a refund or alternative drink and we left them. We will never be back.
